NCARP provides investigative, administrative, and claimant-support services related to:
- Identification of lost, seized, frozen, abandoned, or unclaimed assets
- Verification of claimant eligibility
- Preparation of compliance, legal, and reassignment documentation
- Assistance in asset recovery, reassignment, and release
- Support for individuals referred to us by governmental or regulatory bodies including NAUPA, international custodians, or financial authorities
- Communication with agencies or institutions holding assets
NCARP is not a law firm, financial institution, escrow agent, brokerage firm, or government agency.

3. Eligibility & Verification Requirements
To use NCARP’s services, you must: Be at least 18 years of age Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement Submit accurate and truthful information Complete any required identity verification steps Provide any documentation necessary for recovery or reassignment of an asset

4. No Guarantee of Recovery
NCARP conducts thorough investigations prior to contacting any claimant; however:
- The release of any asset is ultimately determined by the agency, custodian, regulatory body, or court that controls the asset.
- NCARP cannot guarantee approval, release, timing, or final outcomes.
- NCARP’s role is administrative and investigative—not determinative.
You acknowledge that delays or denials may occur based on factors outside NCARP’s control.
5. Service Fees & Payment Terms
Most NCARP services require:
- A fee disclosed upfront in the Fee & Service Disclosure Statement
- A contractual agreement outlining expected timelines, procedures, responsibilities, and costs
- Payment prior to filing, submission, or reassignment processes when required
Why Pre-Payment May Be Required
Certain agencies—especially in cases involving international assets, seized funds, or compliance filings—require NCARP to initiate account setup, compliance processing, and submission procedures before release can occur.
This includes certification, translation, international tax filings, registry fees, or administrative costs.

- Fees are non-refundable once processing begins, except where required by applicable law.
All fees will be disclosed in writing before any contractual commitment.

Before NCARP begins any recovery process, you will receive:

- A Business Proposal outlining the recovery process
- A Fee & Service Disclosure

Your signature is required before NCARP engages in any filing, correspondence, or reassignment work.

7. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Use the site for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to NCARP systems
- Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful software

NCARP’s maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to NCARP for services.
